Registered Massage Therapy is a clinically researched relevant treatment aimed at releasing muscle tension and increasing well-being.


Physiotherapy

This refers to treatment provided by a Registered Physiotherapist.


Vestibular Physiotherapy

This is the Assessment and Treatment of dizziness, and related symptoms. It is a special area of expertise within Physiotherapy and is offered by Physiotherapists who have taken post-graduate courses in this area. We are pleased to offer this service, and are here to help.


Physiotherapy Acupuncture

This type of Acupuncture is performed by a Physiotherapist who has taken post-graduate courses in Musculoskeletal Acupuncture through accredited school's in Canada.


Osteopathy

Claire graduated from the National Academy of Osteopathy in Toronto, where she also lived for over two decades. Having suffered from chronic back pain, she was inspired to become a Manual Osteopath when she discovered that this mode of treatment greatly relieved her pain. She has now returned to beautiful British Columbia where she grew up, and looks forward to sharing the benefits of Manual Osteopathy with the community.

Tyler is a UBC graduate with a Master’s of Physical Therapy. He uses K-taping, soft tissue release, and joint mobilization/manipulation to allow you to perform your best in sports, or recover from injuries and surgery. He is also certified in Western Medical Acupuncture and Functional Dry Needling (also known as Intra-Muscular Stimulation). Tyler is also currently completing his Diploma of Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Therapy. Since 2015 he has been the physiotherapist for the Peninsula Panthers Junior B hockey team. Linda is the co-owner of the clinic and has a Masters of Physical Therapy from McMaster University. She has worked in private practise in Greater Victoria for 20+ years. She has a strong background in Biomechanics, Sports Injury/Performance, and Manual Therapy. She has worked with Chronic Pain patients for 15+ years and finds this work very rewarding. She is an associate of Physiotherapy Association of BC, Peninsula Chamber of Commerce, and is a Pain Champion with Pain BC. She has done speaking engagements for PABC, Olympic Athletes, Running Room, YMCA, Panorama Rec Centre, local Physiotherapists, local GP’s, and the Pain Modules for GP’s General Practice Support Initiatives. She is a Clinical Instructor for the UBC/UVIC Island Medical Program. She has taught Iyengar Yoga for 12 years to inject Primary Prevention into her community. Linda is the Online Education Director of the Animal Rehab Division of CPA and is the 3rd recipient in Canada of the Diploma in Equine Rehab to help horse and rider performance.
